In accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations:

• Minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur
• Certain items may be handmade or made-to-order

Such variations do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing & Currency

• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams)
• Prices may include applicable taxes (if required)
• Zuha Lives reserves the right to change prices without prior notice

4. Orders & Acceptance
An order is considered accepted only after confirmation and receipt of full payment.
Zuha Lives reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Cancel orders due to pricing or availability errors
• Request additional verification information

5. Payment

• All orders require 100% advance payment
• Payments are processed through secure and trusted payment providers, including Stripe

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.


6. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on location:

• Dubai: 1–3 business days
• UAE: 1–5 business days
• GCC countries: 5–7 business days

Important:

• Some items are made-to-order
• Production time may require up to 7 additional days

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Consumer Rights
In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law:
Customers are entitled to receive products of acceptable quality.
Returns are ONLY accepted if:

• The item is damaged during delivery
• The item has a manufacturing defect

Returns are NOT applicable if:

• The product matches the description
• There are minor variations
• The item is made-to-order

Reporting period:
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.

8. Limitation of Liability
Zuha Lives shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Improper use of products
• Delays caused by third parties
• Force majeure events

9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Zuha Lives and is protected under applicable laws.

10. Governing Law
