- All orders require 100% advance payment
- Orders will only be processed after full payment confirmation
- Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers, including Stripe
We do not store or have access to your payment details.
2. Order Confirmation
Once payment is completed, an order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp. Zuha Lives reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Product unavailability
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been:
- Confirmed and processed
- Sent to production (for made-to-order items)
- Dispatched for delivery
4. Refund Policy
All sales are considered
final.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
✔️ The item was damaged during delivery
✔️ The item has a manufacturing defect
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- The item matches the description
- There are minor variations (color, size, finish)
- The item is made-to-order or customized
- The customer changes their mind after purchase
- Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics
6. Reporting Issues
Customers must report any issue within
24 hours of receiving the item. To request a refund or replacement, the customer must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Order details
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
Zuha Lives is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment systems.
8. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer:
- Replacement of the item instead of a refund
- Repair or partial compensation
This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact Zuha Lives before initiating any chargeback.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent ban from future purchases
- Legal action if applicable
