We currently offer delivery within:
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain)

2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • Dubai: 1–3 business days
  • Other Emirates (UAE): 1–5 business days
  • GCC Countries: 5–7 business days

3. Made-to-Order Items
Some products are made-to-order or customized.
In such cases:
  • Additional production time of up to 7 business days may apply
  • Total delivery time = production time + shipping time

4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on:
  • Location
  • Order size and weight
Exact delivery cost will be confirmed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

5. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received
  • Processing time may take up to 1–2 business days

6. Delivery Responsibility
  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details
  • Zuha Lives is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information

7. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
  • Logistics providers
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances
Zuha Lives is not liable for such delays.

8. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is dispatched:
  • You may receive a confirmation message (WhatsApp or email)
  • Tracking details may be provided when available

9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting the item upon delivery.
If the package is:
  • Damaged
  • Defective
You must report the issue within 24 hours, in accordance with our Payment & Refund Policy.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

11. Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product has been successfully delivered.
